1: Which payment methods can I use ?
You can use a credit card or debit card. We accept cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo, these are processed by our payment provider CCBill. At the bottom of the payment form, you can tick a box to create your CCBill Pay account, this allows you to use different payment methods that do not require a card. The payment methods available depend on the country you live in, and include DirectPay EU, Giropay, SEPA and iDeal.

3: What size and format are your video files ?
The file size varies but the average is around 400-500mb, they are industry standard MPEG4 (mp4) video format, and will play on a wide range of devices. The videos are mainly High Definition, some of the earlier ones are Standard Definition.
4: How does the site work ?
Here on Fetish Archives, you pay a recurring monthly membership fee and while you are a member, you can view any the content that is on the site. As you pass your mouse over the listings you will see a preview image. If you are using a tablet or smartphone, you can tap the listing to see the preview image. Latest updates in the category listings have a changing colour background.
5: How do I download my file ?
Log on to the site using your username and password, and browse the category listings. When you find an image set or video file that you want to download, double-click the title, or long-tap the title on a mobile device to start the download. When you have finished using the site click the Log Off button at the right.
6: How do I view the images ?
Each set of images is packed into a ZIP archive file. When you have downloaded the archive file to your device, double-click it, or tap it to open. Most computers and mobile devices have built in support for zip files, but if your's does not, you can use an archive app like WinZip or iZip to view the images.
7: How do I view the videos ?
Download the video file that you want to view to your computer or device. To open the video, double-click it or tap to open. The videos are saved in MPEG4 format and will play on a wide variety of computers, mobile devices and smart televisions. Please note that older iPads and iPhones may not allow you to download video files from websites apart from iTunes - this is a feature of the Apple operating system.
8: What if I do not receive my account activation email ?
When you join Fetish Archives, you will receive a welcome email with your account activation instructions. If you do not receive it within a short time, please check your Junk or Spam mailboxes in case it has been marked as spam. If you are not able to find the email, you can
re-send your activation email.
For security reasons if you enter your password incorrectly too many times, your account might get locked. If this happens, a warning message will be displayed and you will not be able to login even with the correct password. To unlock your account, please contact us using the
